Who are We?
Raise & Restore Missions exists to share the love of Jesus with the world- so that people are raised, restored, and equipped to live out God’s purpose with passion.
Raise & Restore Missions is the fulfillment of a dream for William (Billy) & Tonya Hill, birthed out of several short – and mid – term mission trips to the United Kingdom, Africa, Guyana, India, and Mexico, where they shared the love of Jesus Christ with those who were hurting and broken.
Today, we partner with churches to bring encouragement, support, and ministry to local believers and communities. We build relationships, provide discipleship and training for both ministers and laypeople, and work to advance the Kingdom of God. We walk alongside people in their hardest moments, desiring to see lives saved, healed, delivered, discipled, equipped, and empowered – creating hope for the future.
Billy & Tonya Hill
Billy came to the Lord around the age of 20. He attended a missionary training school called Faith Training Center for 2 years. He served as an Associate Pastor to River of Life Fellowship in his home town of Shelby, NC. He traveled the USA for 2 years with Sledgehammer Ministries and received an impartation of refreshing and renewal. The Lord has used him in the church and in the marketplace to minister healing and miracles, confirm callings, and give accurate prophetic words. He has been blessed to be able to minister both stateside and abroad in England, Mexico and India.
Tonya attended Living Praise Worship Center throughout her childhood and teenage years. She came to know the Lord at a young age. While still a teenager, she served on both the Praise and Worship team, and the Children’s ministry at Living Praise. She had an opportunity to go to Mexico on a Missions trip with the youth of her church, and this is where she realized God had called her to the mission field. She worked with both the children’s ministry and the Praise and Worship team at Gods Way Church of South Carolina, their current home church, until the first six month mission to the UK in 2024.
Billy and Tonya met in 2008, and were married in 2009. They have always believed God for open doors to minister the gospel of Jesus to the nations. In 2016, they teamed up with Three Streams Mission and Mission Barnabas to spread healing and renewal throughout England. From the moment they stepped on UK soil, their hearts belonged there. After numerous short term visits for missions and ministry in England the Lord led Billy & Tonya to complete a six month mission to the UK in early 2024. They saw tremendous fruit during their time there, and have continued to receive reports of testimonies, even after their return to the USA.
Billy & Tonya are currently prepping for their second mid term mission to the UK. They leave September 2025, and will be there for another six month term.
